Development PlanClub Development Plan One of the requirements of being an ECB Focus Club is that the club must put together and submit for approval a Development Plan that covers all aspects of the club from number of players to playing programme to number of volunteers to school links and community links. The plan is reviewed by the Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Board on behalf of the ECB and the club is then monitored against this. John Upton is the Development Manager for the club and he would be happy to answer any queries that you may have about what the development plan is and what it is used for. One key aspect of Barrow Town CC is the fact that we were granted ECB Focus Club status because of the development programme in place for junior cricket at the club. The club has also gained ECB Clubmark accreditation which is the benchmark of best practice in operating a club with a junior section. Please see the Clubmark page link on the About Us page of this site for further details of what Clubmark means and what is in place at the club to ensure that we maintain the required high standards. For more details contact John Upton or John Wilson. Contact details for both are listed on the Who's Who page of this site.
