Binnies is part of the RSK group of companies and services include water utility infrastructure; consulting and design; construction management and commissioning (with a focus on water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure); and flood and coastal defence planning and design. Binnies have a local presence in Chester. This is the second season that junior cricket at Barrow has been sponsored and it will allow us to continue to grow and develop cricket for ages 4 through to 17.

With the continued sponsorship deal agreed I am also pleased to confirm that our Junior clothing supplier for this season will again be Kukri. Some of you will know Kukri from their sponsorship of Yorkshire CC and the England team at the Commonwealth Games. Kukri bring years of experience supplying cricket clothing to clubs. Please be reassured that the 2024 playing shirts are identical to last seasons playing shirts - so if they still fit your child you will not need to but a new one. The club are currently looking at a pre-loved shirt scheme to pass on playing shirts that now no longer fit with all proceeds being re-invested into the junior cricket.

We are keen for all our junior teams to play matches wearing the Kukri Barrow Junior playing shirts with Binnies logo on. The cost of the shirt, for junior sizes, will be £33 including delivery costs. Due to these shirts being bespoke you will need to order a shirt by midnight on March 24th to ensure it arrives before the first league game. Shirts can still be bought after this date but with no guarantee that they will arrive for the start of the season.
